• Temporary copies stored in RAM incidental to your own viewing

• Browser-cached files for display enhancement

• One copy of a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use

All other uses are strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, damage, overburden, or impair the platform

• Use robots, spiders, or automated tools to access or copy content

• Introduce viruses, worms, or other harmful code

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services or underlying systems

Purchasing Our Products

To register for a Quanlian account or make purchases:

You must:

1. Be at least 18 years old

2. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

3. Take full responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unlawful or harmful activity.

Quanlian does not directly process payment transactions.

Payment processing for subscription products or services may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Changes to the Services

We may update content on our Services at any time.

Content may not always be complete or current, and we have no obligation to update it.

Linking to the Services

You may link to our Services, provided the link:

• Is fair and legal

• Does not harm our reputation

• Does not imply endorsement or association without written consent

Links From the Services

Any third-party links are provided for convenience only.

We have no control over external websites and are not responsible for their content or any loss or damage arising from their use.

Accessing third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot guarantee that files downloaded from the internet or the Services will be free from viruses or harmful components.

You are responsible for implementing adequate antivirus protections and data backup measures.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quanlian disclaims all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

• Correction of defects

• Absence of viruses or harmful components

• That the Services will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanlian and its affiliates, licensors, partners, and employees will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, business, savings, data, goodwill

• Personal injury, emotional distress

Claims arising from your use or inability to use the Services—whether based in tort, contract, or otherwise—are included, even if foreseeable.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Quanlian and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of the Services

• Unauthorized use of content or information obtained through the Services

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

This section significantly affects your legal rights.

You and Quanlian agree to resolve all disputes related to the Services—including purchases—through binding arbitration, except claims eligible for small-claims court.

This includes claims under statutes such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Arbitration Rules

• Arbitrator has exclusive authority over arbitrability

• Arbitrator may award any relief available in court

• Awards are final and may be enforced in court

Small Claims Court

You may choose to bring your claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration by notifying us in writing.

Class Action Waiver

All arbitration must be individual.

You agree that:

• No class actions

• No consolidated claims

• No representative actions

If any part of this arbitration clause is unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement.

If a provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Subscriptions

By subscribing to Quanlian services, you agree to:

1. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically and charge your payment method unless canceled.

2. Pre-Paid Gift Subscriptions

Charged once at purchase and do not auto-renew.

3. Additional Costs

Taxes and shipping fees may apply when merchandise is included in subscription shipments.

4. Cancellation & Modification

You may modify or cancel recurring subscriptions anytime through your account’s Manage Subscriptions page or by contacting support.

Pre-paid gift subscriptions cannot be modified.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Quanlian regarding the Services.

Additional program-specific terms (e.g., rewards program) may also apply and become part of this agreement.
